AIJobs stores the profile, resume content, cover letters, job notes, interview answers, and files you choose to save. Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. Your saved records are associated with your signed-in user ID and are not shown to other visitors.

How your data is used

Your information is used to provide the workspace features. PDF, DOCX and TXT text extraction runs in your browser. Extracted text is saved with your private CV and used for matching; scanned PDFs may need you to paste their text. Saved searches are private and run only when you choose them. When AI is connected and you select an AI action, the text you submit is sent to OpenAI for processing. The app requests that generated responses are not stored through the Responses API. AI is currently optional; the ordinary editor and guided drafts work without it.

Jobs and applications

Job listings are supplied by Arbeitnow, Himalayas and, when connected, JSearch by OpenWeb Ninja. Target-role, skill and location search terms are sent to these job providers; your CV, contact details, and application answers are not included in these searches. Opening a job takes you to an external website with its own policies. When you connect Browser Use and authorise an Auto-apply batch, your selected CV, contact information, preferences, and application answers are sent to Browser Use Cloud and to matching employers through their application forms. Browser Use has its own terms, charges, and retention policies. The app requests sessions without recordings or persistent memory. Automatic submissions are attempted only for a batch you start; no daily schedule is enabled. Results include agent-reported confirmation evidence and may require an independent check. Your browser-service API key is encrypted on the server and is excluded from exports.

Your controls

Export saved records in Settings and automatic application history in Auto-apply. Stop active browser runs before permanently deleting your workspace in Settings. Disconnecting removes the stored API key. Deleting local records does not withdraw applications already sent or erase records retained by employers or Browser Use; manage those directly with the provider. Uploaded files can be downloaded or deleted individually. Deletion removes records from the live application database and file storage; infrastructure backup retention is controlled by the hosting provider.

This is an independent application inspired by AIApply. It is not affiliated with AIApply and does not share its customer accounts. No paid subscriptions are sold in this version.
